WATEO’s effort to empower rural communities is made possible through the support of its partners. WATEO is pleased to acknowledge the support and contributions from the following institutions, organizations, and individuals.
Iraqi Universities Baghdad University: one of the largest universities in Iraq. Some of its schools were established as early as 1908 such as the school of Law, while the School of Medicine was established in 1927. WATEO cooperates with the School of Science, School of Agriculture, and the School of Education. Basra University which was established in 1964, WATEO cooperates with the School of Science, School of Education, School of the Engineering, and the Center for Maritime Studies. ThiQar University which was established in 1993, WATEO cooperates with the School of Science, School of Education, School of the Engineering, and the Center of the Marshlands Studies. Maysan University which was established in 2007, WATEO cooperates with the School of Education and the School of Science.
